Reed Demos Is a full-time real estate professional who specializes in selling and purchasing residential homes as well as commercial properties in South Florida. He has managed, run and operated multi-million-dollar, service related businesses for the past 15 years and has recently joined Exit Premier Elite to help facilitate all of your real estate needs.

What would you like potential clients to know about you?

Selling and purchasing a home can be one of the most significant financial and emotional decisions you’ll ever have to make. My job is to make a clients real estate transaction as seamless, stress-free and successful as possible. I strive to make every transaction a positive experience and always close transactions with big smiles!


How do you distinguish yourself from the competition?

When it comes to what my clients want to achieve, I listen. Once I understand their goals, my dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism drive me to stand out amongst my peers while consistently providing each of my clients with personalized and exceptional service. I am detail oriented and believe in communication.

Describe your relationship with your clients.

I believe each successful transaction is a natural result of a strong partnership between my clients and I. Honesty, trust and communication are extremely important keys to successful partnerships as I state in my intro video. My job is to provide the information necessary for clients to make informed and educated decisions, and in return I expect honest feedback and communication. I want my clients to be comfortable in expressing their opinions, and this is how I keep my clients best interest in mind.
